About
Amish Oil Change is a sexual innuendo internet slang term that appeared online as early as 2011, listed as the act of fellating a horse and spitting out its semen. The bestiality-related phrase made an appearance on TikTok in 2022 and 2023, resulting in a spike in search interest in late 2023 as people posted memes and their reactions to learning about it. The expression references the fact that almost all Amish use horse-drawn buggies instead of cars for transportation, thus the horse is essentially the engine.
Origin
The earliest known reference to the phrase "Amish Oil Change" was posted to X[1] (formerly Twitter by user @LOGANHETZNER on June 23rd, 2011 (seen below).
On December 26th, 2011, Urban Dictionary[2] user @sgtinf posted a definition for the phrase "Amish Oil Change," describing it as "when a woman performs Fellatio on a horse and spits out." The post gathered over 500 likes and 100 dislikes in roughly 12 years (seen below).

References to the phrase "Amish Oil Change" appeared online after this initial Urban Dictionary post, with Redditor[3] /u/punkpixzsticks posting a comment about it on September 5th, 2012, describing an instance in which someone showed them a video of the act (seen below).

On July 19th, 2023, Amish Oil Change was briefly discussed on the SVT Performance forum,[5] with one user sharing a meme about the slang term (seen below).
On July 25th, 2022, ex-Amish TikToker[4] @yodertoter40 posted a video about how his father told him that it was time to learn how to do an Amish Oil Change when he was 13. However, his version of an Amish Oil Change involved wearing a glove to "unclog" the horse to help him poop. The post gathered over 500,000 plays and 39,000 likes in a year (seen below).
