About

Ashton Hall is a Black male fitness influencer, bodybuilder and health coach who shares business "grindset" content on Instagram under his handle @ashtonhallofficial. He went particularly viral in late March 2025 when a video of his morning routine was reposted to Twitter / X, spawning a slew of memes at his expense. Many internet users viewed the routine as overly manicured and unrealistic, finding humor in his eccentric habits, like only drinking Saratoga Spring Water, rubbing a banana peel on himself and dunking his face in a bowl of ice water multiple times. Memes about his 7:36 Pool Dive also surfaced in the fallout. Hall began posting content in 2020, spreading to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Background

Ashton Hall is 29 years old and originally from Orlando, Florida. He moved to Los Angeles, California to start his influencer career. He had NFL aspirations in high school and college. Hall became a trainer in Orlando but after the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, he pivoted to online training and social media. He moved to LA in 2022.[1]
