Baldi "By Looking At The Tempered Glass From The Side" continued "You Can Distinguish The Refraction" refers to a viral animation n of Baldi from Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning on the "Squid Game" glass bridge explaining how you can distinguish the refraction in the glass by looking at it from the side, then abruptly falling through the bridge. The clip comes from an November 2021 animation by YouTuber ZAMination where characters from games including Friday Night Funkin' and Five Nights At Freddy's among others play Squid Game's glass bridge game together.

Origin

On November 13th, 2021, YouTuber[1] and animator ZAMination posted a half-hour long animation where characters from games including Among Us, Friday Night Funkin', FNAF, Bendy and the Ink Machine and more compete in Squid Game's glass bridge game, which has players jump across a glass bridge hoping it doesn't break. After a scene where an Among Us crewmate dies Baldi puts his face to the glass as if inspecting it closely while educating the group on how you can see the refractions in the glass if you look close enough, allowing him to find the safe pieces. He then falls through the glass. The video gained over 4.1 million views in a month.

On November 14th, 2021, YouTuber[2] aflac posted an isolated clip of Baldi saying the line and falling through the glass, gaining over 801,000 views in just over a month (shown below).

On November 28th, YouTuber TheBean posted an edit of the video adding Super Smash Bros. effects, gaining over 239,000 views in a month (shown below).

Between December 22nd and 25th, YouTuber Temmered posted four different viral versions of the video vocoded to different songs, including "Miss The Rage," "Gangsta's Paradise," "Antipathy" from Friday Night Funkin' and "Rude Buster" from Deltarune gaining over 2.8 million, 1.9 million, 1 million and 724,000 views respectively by December 27th (shown below in order of upload).

On December 27th, Lessons In Meme Culture posted a video about the meme, gaining over 222,000 views in under a day (shown below).

Among Us Dies On Squid Game Glass Bridge

Among Us Dies On Squid Game Glass Bridge refers to a viral animation of an Among Us crewmate saying "among us" multiple times as if giving a monologue then throwing itself off of a glass bridge made to look like the glass bridge from Squid Game. The scene became the subject of edits similar to the Baldi edits in the months following the original video's upload.
