Big Brother Copypasta refers to a memorable lewd line shouted by the Haganai: I Don't Have Many Friends character Sena Kashiwazaki which starts with with the phrase "Big brother, I want you to give me your big juicy thick dick." Online, the scene from the anime in which Sena shouts the line gained popularity as a meme, both as a copypasta and as source material for humorous edits.

Origin

On August 25, 2009, volume one of Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Haganai: I Don't Have Many Friends) light novel was published in Japan.^[1][2] In chapter eight "To The Tainted Sadness" of the light novel, character Sena Kashiwazaki is caught playing an erotic video game by the members of her club. After Sena argues her video game is highly artistic, club member Yozora Mikazuki dares her to read a dialogue from it to prove her point. Sena is unable to complete the task due to becoming embarrassed and storms out of the room.

Sena was reading all this in tears.
“Fufu… hurry up, say it. What does Cecilia want to thrust into which part?” Yozora said. Her cheeks were flaming red; her eyes were full of a sense of avarice.
Lucas probably had that expression on his face as well.
“~…Lu-Lucas’ co, co, co… coc, coc… into, my, my drenched… pu… pu, pu… pus…HOW CAN I SAY THIS OUT LOUD, YOU IDIOT! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-------------!!”

On October 14th, 2011, episode two "There's No God in the Electric World" of the anime adaptation of the light novel series premiered in Japan.^[3] In the episode, a slightly altered scene is shown, with Sena shouting out the dialogue upon being prompted by Yozora (scene shown below). A September 6th, 2014, YouTube^[4] upload of the scene received over 129,500 views in six years.

Prior to May 2016, the copypasta appeared in a number of posts on iFunny,^[6][7][8] primarily in those showing reactions of Kik users being messaged the copypasta (examples shown below).

Starting approximately in May 2016, first edits based on the video were posted on iFunny.^[9] On May 1st, 2016, iFunny and Vine^[9] user Fletchling posted the first known edit, an ear rape shitpost, based on the video. On May 7th, YouTuber^[10] apandah posted an ear rape version of the video to YouTube, gaining over 740,800 views in four years (shown below).

Starting in May 2016, the format saw spread in humorous edits on iFunny, YouTube and Instagram, with the dialogue also continuing to be used as a copypasta. For example, a of July 15th, 2016, YouTube^[11] reupload of an edit by an unknown iFunny^[12] user received over 45,300 views in four years (shown below, left). A September 13th, 2016, Torture Dance edit by iFunny^[13] user ItsBananaGram received over 60 smiles (shown below, right).

On March 10th, 2017, YouTube user Ciaran posted a "Watch Your Profanity" meme based on the video, gaining over 1.2 million views.

In the following years, the scene maintained a notable presense in edits on iFunny, YouTube and Instagram.
