The video was uploaded on February 5th, 2016 by THEFOOLHARDYGUY, which so far has almost 500k views (shown below).

Spread

The video instantly gained some viral traction. Also on the 5th, a GIF was posted of the dance to /r/AnimalsBeingBros,^[1] where it gained over 13,600 points. It was also covered by The Daily Dot,^[2] Daily Mail,^[3] and Hello Magazine^[4] in following two weeks. Meanwhile, the video became a subject of remix parodies. One of the first and most popular was posted by Epicleptic and called "Woof," and gained over 622,000 views.
