On the 16th of June 2010, /b/ exploded with rage
[don't use hyperboles]

in the early hours (UK time) over screencaps of a young man from Norwich, Aaron Williams, who had apparently engaged in a chatroulette conversation with what he perceived to be a young man of around 7 or 8 (yelling to the cabbie, of course, 'smell ya later').

[What?]

He asked said young boy to show his winky and, in a move of complete stupidity, offered his e-mail address. What resulted was – heck, i'll just show you the screencaps.

So Yeah. /b/ was instantly divided between the sizeable majority who screamed for Mr Williams' blood (who then proceeded to invade his blog, facebook and hot girlfriends' facebook) and those so-called 'moralfags' who demanded a higher standard of evidence.

Said evidence was certainly compelling.

The "Don't hat the player" came from badly-spelt assertions made on Williams' Facebook page before he deleted it.
