If you take video of Donald Trump and slow it down to 0.5x speed, then it makes his ramblings fit right in with being drunk.

Even playing some of his speeches in actual speed make him sound drunk given his sometimes incoherent content and sentence structure. Some of the meme videos play on that.

Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has an ongoing series of videos using the meme, as does popular comedy vlogger Friend Dog Studios.
