In a since-deleted YouTube video from May 2016, American actress Emily Rudd posted a makeup tutorial on her channel, which has also been deleted. YouTube^[1] user @BlackooProduction uploaded the full makeup tutorial video on May 29th, 2016, garnering 66,000 views and 1,000 likes in eight years (shown below).

A year later, on September 17th, 2017, the Brazilian YouTube^[2] channel MaquinadeMemes used Emily Rudd's makeup tutorial video in a video about the No Fap September meme. The video (shown below), titled "Ignoring the 10/10 [girl]," shows Rudd as a perfect girl trying to convince her partner to give up the "No Fap September" challenge. The post garnered 579,000 views and 31,000 likes in seven years.

After the Brazilian meme page post went viral, several comedy skit videos were posted on YouTube using the actress's makeup tutorial video. For example, on October 11th, 2017, YouTube^[3] channel CanalJG posted a compilation video with some of the best Emily Rudd's 10/10 memes. The video (shown below) garnered 17,000 views and 507 likes in seven years.

The video was also turned into an image macro meme paired with the caption "10/10."
