After Argentina's coronation in the Qatar 2022 World Cup, several of the awards went to the South American country. Highlights

One of the highlights of the event was the many awards Argentina won, including Lionel Messi winning for the second time as the top men's player in the football world. This inspired many memes congratulating the South American country with the phrase “Argentina el mejor país del mundo,” which translates to "Argentina, best country in the world." Twitter^[3] user @gonzacarranzaa shared on February 27th, 2023, the many victories won by the country, garnering 93 likes and 10 retweets in a day.

Argentinians also won an award for the best football fans. TikTok^[5] user @_ney.fvx showed the moment in which an Argentinian fan received the award.
