About
Everyone Is Beautiful and No One Is Horny, and Everything Is Sexual, But Nothing Is Sexy, are catchphrases used, most often, in reference to how actors in modern film have become more outwardly attractive, physically fit and "aesthetically pleasing," but less authentically human in look and personality, causing a disconnect for some where these actors look attractive, but are not sexually desirable. The original phrase comes from a 2021 article on BloodKnife.com by R.S. Benedict that explores the relationship between beauty standards and sexual attraction in contemporary culture. Over the following years, the "no one is horny" phrase and a similar phrase, "everything is sexual, but nothing is sexy," gained viral spread as copypastas, used in a more broad sense towards anything that is meant to look sexy or exude sexual energy, but is not authentically attractive.
