This originated from a Family Guy episode part that was in fact hilarious, It was so great he appeared again in other episodes like this.

This was soon used through out the internet on places like Newgrounds and 4chan.
Soon after it premiered Family Guy on Adult Swim alone got over 2 million people wanting more.
Some variations exist, such as "The sky is blue, BIG WHOOP WANNA' FIGHT ABOUT IT?" and such. It depends on what the person is like, and where it comes from.
This is going higher each time I see it, it is improving at least by 5% every 2 months. I wish I could give you the poll, but the best I can do is give you this…
