Origin

On March 10th, 2021, Twitter user @bellendstoten2, an account dedicated to posting disturbingly pornographic content, uploaded a video of a man using a chair designed for autoerotic anal stimulation. In the video, it appears as though the dildo attached is so large one can see it pressing against the man's stomach.

Spread

As the video spread around Twitter, users expressed their horror at its content. On March 22nd, 2021, Twitter user @polaschachta^[1] tweeted an object labeling meme featuring Harry Styles referencing the video, gaining over 20 retweets and 650 likes (shown below, left). User @quackcommie^[2] posted a similarly-horrified reaction, gaining over 20 retweets and 350 likes (shown below, right).

Along with the shocked reactions came a rumor that the man in the video died due to the numerous medical complications that would arise if the chair truly had gone that deep inside him^[3][4] (examples shown below).

The rumor also spread in an /r/outoftheloop post^[5] about the video, which gained over 1,500 points. The video was also covered by hashtaghyena.^[6]
