On September 26th, 2024, X^[1] user @Cvnka_ uploaded a picture of her at the gym holding a dumbbell close to the camera. The 0.5 camera angle of the photo made it seem the dumbbell was bigger than her (seen below), amassing over 6 million views and 20,000 likes in two days.

Spread

The post gained viral spread over the following days and became the subject of redraws and memes. For instance, on September 26th, 2024, X^[2] user @menokonomi drew One Piece's main character Monkey D. Luffy over the girl in the original photo (seen below), which garnered roughly 26,000 likes and 2,100 reposts in two days.

On September 27th, 2024, X^[3] user @randomrabbit2nd posted a version of the photo with a drawing of Sadako (seen below), amassing roughly 19 likes and 3 reposts in a day.
