I Got 21 Bullets Inside Of This Clip is a selection of notable lyrics from the rap song "Hardest Ese Ever" by That Mexican OT. The song was released in December 2021 and went viral on TikTok in March 2025 as the subject of a lip dub trend, in which users lip sync to the featured lyrics and then smile to show a set of grillz or mock-grillz on their teeth. Videos following the trend often start with the caption, "You have something in your teeth," followed by the participant pretending to pick their teeth before showing off the grillz.

On December 31st, 2021, That Mexican OT released the song "Hardest Ese Ever" alongside a music video on YouTube,[1] garnering over 27 million views in four years.
On February 15th, 2025, TikToker[2] @iamorlandojames posted a video set to the portion of "Hardest Ese Ever" where he raps, "I got 21 bullets inside of this clip and I'm ready to unload this bitch." The video begins by showing the caption, "You have something in your teeth" and the TikToker pretending to pick his teeth before smiling, showing off a set of grillz, and lip-syncing to the song. The video gained over 32.8 million views in a month.
