I Saw That! You Disgusting Pervert. That's Absolutely Unacceptable is a line of dialogue spoken by teachers in the video game Yandere Simulator if the player is caught taking "panty shot" photographs of the game's characters. In May 2015, YandereDev uploaded a video showcasing this and in November 2021, the clip was uploaded to TikTok where it went viral as an original sound in lip dub skits where a woman catches someone ogling her. Often, the audio is used to joke that the woman likes the attention she's getting. The original sound went viral again in late 2022.

Origin

On May 3rd, 2015, YouTuber^[1] and game developer YandereDev uploaded a demo video showcasing gameplay footage of the long-awaited video game Yandere Simulator. Around the 1:13 minute mark, the dev shows a character taking a "panty shot" photograph of another student and getting caught by a teacher, who scolds the player, saying, "I saw that! You disgusting pervert. That's absolutely unacceptable!" The video gained over 4.6 million views in seven years (shown below).

On November 2nd, 2021, TikToker^[2] @meiko_flower_power posted a meme using the clip where the teacher says the line, captioning it, "My FBI agent after I look up Bowser rule 34," garnering over 230,000 likes in a year (shown below).

The original sound^[3] for @meiko_flower_power's video became notably popular over the following weeks, inspiring over 14,000 videos in a year. The majority of the videos are lip dub skits where women present a situation where they catch someone ogling them. Often, the jokes are about women pretending not to like that they're being ogled when really they do (popular examples from December 2021 shown below).

In December 2022, a new original sound of the same audio clip, uploaded by TikToker @oddeskieslayed, went viral in the same type of skits. For example, on December 27th, TikToker^[4] @shanadechl03 posted a video to the sound, garnering over 2 million views in a day (shown below).
