I SPIL MY JICE MODS HELP HELP refers to a 4chan post from June 2020 that shows a chibi version of the character "Maa" from the anime Nyanko Days staring at her glass of spilled juice alongside text that reads, "I SPIL MY JICE MODS HELP HELP HELP HEP HELP HELP." Screenshots of the 4chan post are often used as a reaction image to mock internet users who are considered petty tattletales or overly reliant on forum moderators.

Origin

The image of Maa from the anime Nyanko Days looking at a glass of spilled juice comes from season 1 episode 3 of the show, as seen in the bottom left corner of the screen at the 2:53 timestamp in the YouTube^[1] video shown below (top). The original and the cropped frame of the scene can be seen below (bottom).

On June 7th, 2020, an anonymous user on 4chan's /s4s/ or Shit 4chan Says^[2] board made a post using the image of Maa looking at her spilled juice, alongside text that read, "I SPIL MY JICE MODS HELP HELP HELP HEP HELP HELP."

Spread

A July 25th, 2020, repost of the 4chan post gathered over 50,000 notes on Tumblr, via user @monicore.^[3] On October 28th, 2020, iFunny^[4] user @DeathlnJune_2017 posted a version of the meme in reference to the video game Hylics (seen below, left).

On March 25th, 2021, Tumblr^[5] user @kellyinawheeliebin posted a version of the meme that referenced the Suez Canal Jam of 2021, gathering over 11,000 notes in three years (seen below, right).

On January 5th, 2022, Tumblr^[6] user @amygdalae posted an edited version of the meme that read, "I DRINK MY JICE MODS THANKS THANKS," gathering over 17,000 notes in two years (seen below).
