Iced Latte With Breast Milk refers to a tweet in which a user asks for an iced latte with "breast milk," continues to try and correct themselves but keeps saying "breast milk." The tweet inspired a series of NSFW drawings on Twitter of baristas with massive breasts.

Origin

On September 8th, 2021, Twitter user @thejoeydavis^[1] tweeted, "hi can i get an iced latte with breast milk i mean breast milk i mean breast milk sorry i mean breast milk i mean breast milk i mean." The tweet gained over 9,700 retweets and 84,000 likes (shown below).

Spread

Over the following week, the tweet was used as a copypasta by some Twitter users to comment on attractive people often with large breasts, though these tweets did not see significant spread.^[2] On September 13th, Twitter user @lilpochaco^[4] posted a picture of herself mostly nude save for a Starbucks apron next to the tweet, gaining over 2,000 retweets and 17,000 likes (shown below, left). Starting September 16th, the "breast milk" tweet began being in NSFW fan art posts in which people drew baristas with large breasts. On that day, Twitter user @saintversa^[3] posted a furry, large-breasted barista with @thejoeydavis' tweet, gaining over 250 retweets and 1,400 likes (shown below, right).

Also on September 16th, Twitter user @HoneyShamanArt^[5] posted a drawing based on lilpochaco's model, gaining over 7,800 retweets and 54,000 likes (censored version shown below, left). Over the following week, dozens of NSFW artworks inspired by the copypasta and the model appeared on Twitter. For example, On September 23rd, Twitter user @ArtJWink^[6] posted art based on the copypasta that gained over 410 retweets and 2,700 likes (shown below, right).
