If You Don't Feel Good, We're Donezo refers to a video of a kid being spotted on a backflip by his parkour instructor. The kid says, "Heavy spot, I don't feel good" as he approaches and completes the backflip. His coach then says, "If you don't feel good, we're donezo." The video was originally posted to TikTok and Instagram by parkour instructor Dillon Taitano in early 2024. Viewers felt that it was cringe, later expressed in viral memes and '99.99% Accuracy' Reenactments in early 2025.

Origin

On January 17th, 2024, parkour coach Dillon Taitano posted a video to his TikTok[1] account @dillontaitano showing himself spotting one of his students who says, "Heavy spot, I don't feel good" as he approaches and completes a backflip. Taitano says, "If you don't feel good, we're donezo." The video received over 287,000 likes in a year.

Taitano also posted the video to his Instagram[2] account @dillontaitano as a Reel, gaining over 335,000 likes in a year (shown below).

On September 9th, 2024, Taitano reposted the video on TikTok,[3] receiving over 154,100 likes in five months.

On January 30th, 2025, TikToker[4] @goontokexperts posted a video of himself and his friend recreating the original video, gaining over 270,500 likes in five days (shown below).

On January 31st, TikToker[5] @johnniecarrierpig added to the trend, labeling his reenactment as "67.1% accurate," gaining over 201,500 likes in four days.

On February 2nd, 2025, TikToker[6] @vanderwebb66 shared an iteration that he claimed was 94.65% accurate, gaining over 118,000 likes in two days (shown below).
