I'm 'Bout To Eat This Chick-fil-A, also known as I'm Boutta Eat This Chick-fil-A or I'm About To Eat This Chick-fil-A, refers to a parody cover of the Lenny Kravitz song "Fly Away" with lyrics about eating from the fast-food restaurant Chick-fil-A. Originally performed by TikTok user KortezEats in late November 2025, the viral video's audio became a trending TikTok sound in the following weeks, used by other creators in lip dub memes or photo slideshows about visiting a Chick-fil-A location.

Origin

On November 26th, 2025, TikToker^[1] KortezEats (@kortezeats) shared a high-pitched video of himself singing a parody of Lenny Kravitz's "Fly Away"^[2] in his car with food from Chick-fil-A. He's heard singing, "I'm 'bout to eat this Chick-fil-A," replacing the original line, "I want to get away." Over two weeks, the video received over 1.3 million likes.

In the following days, others on the app started using the video's TikTok sound,^[3] such as TikToker^[4] @ii_emir_ii on December 1st, 2025, who used the audio for a video of himself eating at Chick-fil-A. Over nine days, the video received roughly 347,100 likes.

On December 4th, TikToker^[5] @freeformuser shared a photo of his Chick-fil-A meal, using the I'm 'Bout To Eat This Chick-fil-A sound. Over six days, the photo received roughly 566,000 likes.

On December 6th, 2025, TikToker^[6] @drizzyafterhours shared a video caption meme using the sound, showing himself looking annoyed with the caption, "When I'm overstimulated at school and all of a sudden [everybody] wanna start saying they vocal stims." Over four days, the video garnered over 385,900 likes.

On December 7th, TikToker^[7] @latenightgamenight shared a 3D animation of the original video, showing KortezEats as a puppet, reminiscent of The Muppets. Over three days, the video gained over 118,500 likes.
