Install Biebian is a phrase similar to Install Gentoo used on 4chan's /g/. It is used as a response when:
A.) another user asks a computer-related question in order to further confuse the troubled user who will then google it and find only a Justin Bieber-themed Linux Operating System.
B.) another user has access to any computer(s), whether it is theirs or not, so they can prank whoever turns it on with a completely Justin Bieber-themed OS.
Origin
The name "Biebian" was coined by various anonymous users during an epic thread posted on May 31st, 2011, where users brainstormed humorous Linux-related code names in response to an anonymous user who promised to deliver a Justin Bieber-themed Linux Operating System to replace Hannah Montana Linux as the new "Linux joke distro" within 24 hours. The following day, June 1st, the Original Poster (OP) delivered as promised and another epic thread ensued.
Reception
The OS itself, Justin Bieber Linux, has been both praised and criticized. Some users outside of 4chan have found great humor in the idea of another joke distribution, while others viewed it as a disgrace to the beauty of Linux due to its association with Justin Bieber . Google results return numerous articles and video reviews of it, often unaware of the meaning behind its relation to 4chan, despite it being written on the product's website.
Additional Info
It is worth noting that part of Biebian's functionality as a joke distro is that it is based on a platform (Puppy Linux) that is easily booted into a live state through a CD/DVD or USB device so that users can easily prank others without having to compromise their systems or go through an installation process. The name Biebian is a take on Debian, one of the most popular Linux distributions in the world; the fact that it is based on Puppy Linux despite being called Biebian is also part of the joke.
