"Kiez-Klatscher" (Kiez-Slap) or "Hallo Werner!" is a short video clip, orginating from a 2000 – tv documentary called "Der Boxprinz", which hit the German-speaking parts of the web around 2004. Since it has diffused all over the web, though with different labels, e.g. "german old-school pimp". A notable number of YouTube-User have reenacted the scene.

The video presents Stefan Hentschel, an infamous "entrepreneur" from Hamburg's red-light district, showing a TV crew around his neighbourhood. A pedestrian walks up to him muttering a barely understandable phrase to which Hentschel replies: "Do you have a problem?". Unexpected to the viewer Hentschel then slaps the man, who subsequently goes to ground. Hentchel continues his tv tour without interruption, greeting a friend standing nearby ("Hallo Werner!). Judging from the viewer reactions stated in various discussion boards the video produced both, amusement and shock.

In an interview, Stefan Hentschel later stated that the man was part of a trio that had bugged the tv production all along, labeling the three men as "Heinies" and "Seifenteddyies" (soap teddies). Stefan Hentschel died in 2006.
