Origin

In early 2018 Kyriakos posted on his YouTube Channel an "I know the power of the patriarchy" meme featuring himself at the end screaming after performing a Zercher Shrug.

Spread

Kyriakos achieved much notoriety with his meme with fitness YouTubers such as Jujimufu posting videos trying to recreate Kyriakos's workouts. Jujimufu's video now has 1.5 million views. Even Pewdiepie uploaded a video titled "I took the bloat pill…" about Kyriakos.

Other Instances

Often Kyriakos is referred to as "The Bloat Lord" or "M'Bloat Lord" (a reference to the "Tips Fedora" meme or just general incel/neckbeard memes where the subject of mockery often refers to a woman as "m'lady". Several memes arose using Kyriakos's screams as a sound effect or just using videos/gifs of him screaming. There have also been memes about a video Kyriakos posted titled "weighing full" where he steps on a scale and it says full.
