About
The Lil G Photo, also known as the Houston Resident or the San Antonio Grim Reaper, refers to a photograph of Latino influencer Lil G (also known as _lilg4 or Guillermo Romero) standing in front of a red brick wall and wearing a black T-shirt. Lil G has an Edgar haircut in the image. He's shown looking at the viewer. Lil G is most known for the 4 5 Shots and "Back in Blood Challenge" dance trends on TikTok. The photo of Lil G in front of the brick wall became an exploitable in early 2025. Meme creators randomly placed the image into different meme templates. Its memetic use is mostly due to two memes: a tweet that captioned the photo, "The last thing you see before getting shot in Texas," and a quote tweet in which the Lil G photo was out of place in a New York Post headline about COVID, with the quote reading, "WTF that nigga in the corner gotta do with anything?" Both memes were reposted across social media platforms like Twitter / X, Instagram and TikTok in the early 2020s, notably spreading en masse in April 2025 on Instagram.
