The term "moid" was widely used on Reddit's now-banned /r/TrueFemcels[1] subreddit, as seen in an October 31st, 2018, post scraped by the forum FSTDT[2] (Fundies Say The Darndest Things). The post read, "The moid can leave you pregnant. The moid can kill you with HIV. The moid can insult our vaginas, our any bodily flaws."

For example, on December 16th, 2024, X[7] user @hayasaka_aryan posted a tweet that read, "She was an actual racist femcel that used 'moid' in her manifesto lmao," gathering over 16,000 likes in a day.

Internet users began sharing several purported "manifestos" written by the "2024 Wisconsin School Shooter":https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/events/2024-wisconsin-school-shooting, although the veracity of these documents is unconfirmed.

However, later on December 16th, it was revealed that the alleged Discord screenshot that referenced "moid" and the controversial X account Rad Fem Hitler was faked and not part of Rupnow's supposed manifesto.[10]
