On March 23rd, 2024, X[1] user @lesbianmizuki made a post that hinted that they share their real-life name with a drug, using a reaction image of the Project SEKAI character Tenma Tsukasa in their post. The post (shown below) garnered over 140 reposts and 2,800 likes in 10 months.

In late March 2024, the format achieved viral popularity on X / Twitter, with users making similar posts using the same image. For example, later on March 23rd, 2024, X[2] user @CUTLERYKANA made a post in which they hinted that they shared their dead name with a Genshin Impact character. The post (shown below) garnered over 270 reposts and 4,000 likes in 10 months.
