About

My Resolution? Airstrikes or My Resolution? Air Strikes. Bomb Them refers to a viral video and TikTok audio in which Fox News host Jeanine Pirro says her resolution is to "bomb them" (referring to Muslim people) during a 2015 segment following the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attacks. In January 2023, the video was uploaded to TikTok, becoming a viral original sound in lip-dub skits and videos.

Origin

On January 10th, 2015, after the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attacks in Paris, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro went on a rant about Muslim people during her show, saying, "My resolution? Airstrikes. Bomb them. Bomb them, keep bombing them, bomb them again and again" (shown below). The segment was criticized by many as being islamophobic, including Media Matters.[1]

On January 6th, 2023, TikToker[2] @thatanarchopunk posted a version of the clip with an attached caption reading, "Me after they ghost me," garnering over 950,000 views in three weeks (shown below). On January 12th, a Redditor uploaded the original video clip to /r/YouTubeHaiku,[6] gaining over 60 upvotes in two weeks.
