Origin
"Now Bear My Arctic Blast" is uttered by the optional party member Noon in Shining Force III, when casting a Freeze spell. Said game was released late in the Saturn's lifespan, and is notorious for it's "so-bad-it's-good" voice acting from the western releases, with said line as the most often cited example.
