On October 20th, 2022, U.S. President Joe Biden delivered remarks on rebuilding the U.S. infrastructure.[1][2] While speaking about a $1.2 trillion government investment into the country's infrastructure, Biden misspoke and said "over a billion two hundred" instead before correcting himself, with the sentence coming out unclear.
