Oy, Mista! You Me Dad? Doll refers to a fake Antiques Roadshow appraisal image by Keaton Patti depicting an old, ugly porcelain doll with the photoshopped appraisal, "Oy, Mista! You Me Dad? Doll $40-$70" implying the doll resembles a British orphan.
Origin
On May 1st, 2016, Keaton Patti posted the first in a series of screenshots taken from episodes of Antiques Roadshow with Photoshopped, comical appraisal prices and descriptions to Tumblr. On March 11th, 2017, Patti posted an image of an old porcelain doll with ginger hair, eyes pointing in different directions, a large forehead, and buck teeth with the photoshopped appraisal caption, "Oy, Mista! You Me Dad? Doll" to Tumblr[1] (shown below). The post received over 38,000 notes in roughly 3 years.
The doll, a real item that appeared on Antiques Roadshow in 2010, is a German All-Bisque "French Wrestler" doll from 1885, and is actually worth an estimated $4,000-$5,000 according to PBS.org.[7]

On July 13th, 2017, zoinkout tweeted,[4] "Boy: call me daddy ;) Me:" above an image of the "oy mista" doll, garnering over 37,100 likes and 13,500 retweets in roughly 3 years (shown below, left). On July 19th, timmyreads posted a photoshopped version of the image featuring Auqamarine from Steven Universe in the place of the doll to Tumblr,[5] garnering over 2,600 notes in a comparable span of time (shown below, right).
On January 19th, 2018, silver1ining posted an original drawing of the "oy mista" doll to Deviant Art,[6] writing in the description, "Yes. I have been watching anime and yes I love this doll-meme" (shown below).
On August 12th, 2020, Samuel Vincent tweeted,[2] "Antiques Roadshow is wild as fuck" along with four fake Antiques Roadshow appraisals, including the "oy mista" doll, garnering over 44,000 likes and 9,600 retweets in roughly 4 months (shown below, left). On August 16th, SlurmsMcknzi tweeted,[3] "The 'oy mista, are you me dad?' Fall collection" along with an image of children's outfits on a rack, garnering over 42,000 likes and 6,600 retweets in 4 months (shown below, right).
