''Pencil Guy" is a Flipnote hatena meme that has spread throughout hatena.
It all started when the Hatena user "Spiked", posted a flipnote where a guy laughs and then throws a lethal pencil at a guy with a jar of dirt. Which that exact flipnote was uploaded to YouTube by LunchVaultFilms.
On Flipnote Hatena, many spin-offs of the flipnote were made,
Like a face,
A taco,
Even one where the jar of dirt person uses a shoop da woop.
The pencil guy has more than 1,000 spinoffs on flipnote hatena.
And that way its a meme on Hatena.
