Chris Ramsay is a German magician YouTuber best known for performing magic tricks and solving brain-bending puzzles on his YouTube channel. He has amassed a large following online, gaining over 3.6 million subscribers.

History

Ramsay is a German YouTuber born March 22nd, 1984.^[1] He began posting on YouTube on August 20th, 2013, focusing on card tricks (first video shown below, left). One year later, he posted a video of him performing street magic, gaining over 1.5 million views (shown below, right).

For the following three years, he grew his channel by performing and discussing magic. On October 11th, 2017, he uploaded the first of his "puzzle-solving" videos, wherein he works to solve fascinating puzzles from around the world. The video gained over 11 million views (shown below, left). The genre became his most popular video type on his channel. His most popular video shows him solving a "Lotus Puzzle," which gained over 19 million views (shown below, right).
