Doggface208 is the online handle of Nathan Apodaca, a TikToker who went viral in September 2020, with the release of a video of himself skateboarding while drinking cranberry juice to the song "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac.
History
Apodaca made his first Twitter post on June 19th, 2014.[1] Writing about the TV show Carbonaro Effect, he wrote, "I wanna learn that change of clothes trick……just to trip people out #CarbonaroEffect" (shown below).
On January 5th, 2020, he posted his first available TikTok.[2] The post featured a video of himself dancing to "The Hustle" by Van McCoy. The post received more than 36,000 views and 1,500 reactions in less than one year (shown below, left).
That day, he posted a video of himself dancing to "Say So" by Doja Cat. The post received more than 970,000 views, 82,000 reactions and 430 comments in less than one year (shown below, center).
On September 10th, 2020, he posted a video of himself singing "Sk8er Boi" by Avril Lavigne. The post received more than 1.5 million views, 296,000 reactions and 4,200 comments in less than one month (shown below, right).

Fleetwood Mac "Dreams" Skateboarding Video
On September 25th, 2020, Apodaca went viral on various sites, such as TikTok and Twitter, with a video of himself skateboarding, drinking cranberry juice and lip-syncing to the Fleetwood Mac song "Dreams." The post received more than 13 million views, 2.8 million views and 42,000 comments in less than one week (shown below).

That day, Twitter[3] user @DrewFrogger shared the video on Twitter and wrote, "I don’t use this verbiage often but this is a whole vibe. simple as that." The post received more than 20 million views, 823,000 likes and 200,000 retweets in less than one week (shown below, left).
On September 26th, Fleetwood Mac responded to the video on their verified Twitter account.[4] They wrote, "We love this!" The post received more than 451,000 likes and 59,000 retweets in less than two days (shown below, center).
The following day, Apodaca tweeted,[5] "So thanks for the love and support an here it is my original video same as all going around but yes thanks for the love n donations it’s very appreciated an much needed 🤙🏼 vibe on world." The tweet received more than 3.6 million views, 298,000 likes and 44,000 retweets in less than 24 hours (shown below, right).
