Jayoma Law Firm refers to the TikTok account of a lawyer who posts client testimonials on the video-sharing app. In 2024, multiple clips of clients recommending Jayoma Law Firm after he helped them get their case dismissed went viral. TikTokers then began making parody videos about criminals who commit increasingly horrific crimes getting let off with a minor sentence, thanks to Jayoma Law Firm.

Jayoma Law Firm operates out of Houston, Texas, and the firm's TikTok account is headed by Alain Jayoma, who specializes in criminal defense and car accidents.

Jayoma Law Firm's TikTok account began posting videos in March 2021, with @jayomalawfirm posting a video with a testimonial from a woman who got her case dismissed on March 29th, 2021.[1] The video also shows the earliest known iteration of Jayoma's phrasal template, "Who's the best lawyer," and "Why am I the best lawyer," followed by the client's account of their criminal case. The post gathered over 120,000 plays and 9,000 likes in three years (seen below, left).

On July 26th, 2021, Jayoma posted his earliest known viral[2] video where he can be seen speaking to someone through prison glass, and telling them that they were being let out today. The post gathered over 2 million plays and 900,000 likes in three years (seen below, right).

Jayoma Law Firm continued posting client testimonials on TikTok through 2024, with a post[3] from April 16th, 2024 gathering over 3 million views and 270,000 likes in three weeks (seen below, left) and another post[4] from April 25th, 2024 gathering over 12 million plays and 1 million likes in a week (seen below, right).

The aforementioned viral videos inspired a spat of parody-style posts from other TikTokers who viewed Jayoma as someone with the ability to get even the most violent criminal's case dismissed.

On May 7th, TikToker[5] @akib_ma2 posted a sketch mimicking Jayoma's video style, with one person asking "Who's the best lawyer," the other answering "Jayoma," followed by an account of the client's crimes. The post gathered over 3 million plays and 500,000 likes in two days (seen below, left).

On May 8th, 2024, TikToker[6] @rhino.bear.produc posted and animated video mimicking Jayoma's posts, with a bald baby-like character listing off the horrific crimes Jayoma somehow managed to get dismissed in court. The post gathered over 170,000 plays and 24,000 likes in a day (seen below, right).
