Origin
On 21st November of 2013, Pilar Rubio went to a police station to make a report due to a supossed "fake pic" of herself practising a fellation to an exboyfriend. This pic was spreding through different platforms like Whatsapp and Twitter before Pilar make the report. After this, Pilar share a photo of herself in front of the police station with the report in her hand and the following message: "Toda foto falsa, tuits falsificados, amenazas, montajes y demás, a partir de ahora, terminan en manos de la @policía" (English translation: Every fake pic, fake tweets, threat, montage, and so on, from now onwards, will end in Police's hands)
Spread
From the moment that Pilar Rubio shared that picture with the report in her hand, quickly became viral and multiples Spanish users on Twitter started to shared it and make memes with it. On 20th June of 2018, the Twitter account of the Netflix´s TV series "Paquita Salas", shared a montage with its main character holding a report with the same background than Pilar Rubio's pic.
