It started in discord when an unknown user spoke the words:

After that user posted that meme, a lot of people began to make jokes about it and just started spamming it everywhere, becoming a full scale joke, and it eventually began spreading via memes and people joining random groups to spam it, resulting in some raids occuring, which were fairly rare.
