Sean Hannity vs. Stephen A. Smith refers to memes and jokes about a Fox News screenshot showing anchor Sean Hannity clutching his head and looking distressed while sports commentator Stephen A. Smith is smiling smugly with his hand on his chin. The image also contains a banner across the bottom that reads, "Stephen A Smith on the state of Kamala's campaign." The reaction image made the rounds in late October 2024 after people found the difference between Hannity's and Smith's expressions amusing, comparing it to the Nice Argument, Unfortunately… meme.

On October 24th, 2024, NBA commentator Stephen A. Smith made an appearance on Fox News to speak with Sean Hannity about the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election. The segment was reposted to Fox News's YouTube[1] channel on October 24th, where it gathered over 77,000 likes in a day.
At one point during the segment, Smith said to Hannity, "I know you're not talking about someone being lucid and cogent and enunciating their thoughts with clarity and you're bragging about Donald Trump. We can't be watching the same stuff if that's what you're doing!"
The segment was also reposted to Twitter / X[2] by @atrupar, where it gathered over 6 million views and 60,000 likes in a day. X[3] user @ezotic replied to the post with a screenshot of Stephen A. Smith smiling smugly with his hand on his chin, gathering over 4,000 likes in a day.

Many X[4] users posted screenshots of Sean Hannity looking distressed and Stephen A. Smith looking smug on October 24th, 2024, as seen in a post by @justinbaragona captioned, "Put it in the Louvre." The post gathered over 12,000 likes in a day. X[5] user @IrvingSwisher posted the same image, writing, "This itself is just amazing," and gathering over 20,000 likes in a day.
Also on October 24th, X[6] user @PritzkerForPrez wrote, "Nice argument.
