Bandicam is a screen recording software, notable for being used in "crappy" videos as shown as a watermark.
Origin
Bandicam was created by Bandisoft back in April 23, 2009 as a screen recording software.
Spread
Bandicam usually shows up when searching "free screen recorder" as well as with a bunch of other "free" screen recorders on the search. This mainly caused this to be used with many beginning youtube channels. With the other "free screen recorders" that pop up when searching for free screen recorders, this software is usually not fully free and is a trial that when used, displays a watermark, causing the software to be cringy and decreasing a video's quality.
