Soft GF Animation, also known as the COD 89 Animation on TikTok, is a lewd NSFW animation by animator LewdFroggo in which an inexperienced girl known as Soft GF practices oral sex on her more dominant boyfriend. LewdFroggo began sharing previews of the animation in early 2020 and released the full video in early 2021. The animation received viral spread, inspiring fan art and memes based on it in the following years.

Origin

On April 22nd, 2019, Twitter^[1] user @lewdfroggo posted an adult comic depicting a character known as Soft GF getting turned on by her more dominant boyfriend, garnering over 12,000 likes in four years. On February 16th, 2020, he began sharing partially animated segments of an animation to Twitter^[2] based on the same characters. The full animation was then released on Newgrounds^[3] on February 6th, 2021, garnering over 1.7 million views in two years.

Prior to the animation's full release, the animation became the subject of fan art based on the previews that @lewdfroggo shared. For example, on April 10th, 2020, Twitter^[4] user @NsfCrab posted artwork captioned, "Next Scene of @lewdfroggo's Soft GF animation!" making an UNO reverse card joke, garnering over 1,700 likes in three years (shown below, left). On April 23rd, Twitter^[5] user @jellofap posted artwork of Soft GF, garnering over 670 likes in the same rough span of time (shown below, right).

On January 4th, 2021, Twitter^[6] user @spookylewdy posted artwork of the characters from the animation, garnering over 3,100 likes in two years (shown below).

In early 2023, cut versions of the animation started to go viral on TikTok. The version of the animation has the text "COD:89" in the corner, becoming a top search term for the animation. On February 12th, 2023, TikToker^[7] @ilikeeggsandbeef posted a DMC Status version of the video, garnering over 71,000 views in four days (shown below).
