Sr Pelo Pointing Laughing Guy is an exploitable video meme that uses an animation created by YouTuber Sr Pelo in July 2020. The drawing shows a stocky bald character pointing and laughing at a straight-faced bald character. The image is often edited and relabeled in its various meme iterations, oftentimes retaining the obnoxious laugh track heard in the original upload.
Origin
On July 17th, 2020, YouTuber[1] Sr Pelo posted a video titled "COMEDY." The animated clip is over two minutes long and follows a fragmented narrative structure that relies on repeating motifs and gags. At roughly 1:16, the animation shows the frame in question, depicting a stocky character laughing and pointing at another character (seen below). The video gathered over 15 million views in three years.
On July 24th, Sr Pelo then posted the clip to his X[2] account with the caption, "Racism." The post gathered over 50,000 likes in three years (seen below).

On July 25th, 2020, YouTuber[3] Sulph posted a version of Sr Pelo's video titled, "COMEDY, but it's just laughing," gathering over 1 million views and 30,000 likes in three years (seen below, left). On September 5th, 2020, YouTuber[4] T4P3W0RM! traced over Sr Pelo's drawing to make a video titled, "The entire fnaf story in a nutshell." The post gathered over 8.1 million views and 240,000 likes in three years (seen below, right).
On July 29th, 2022, YouTuber[5] Mesozoican posted a version of the meme titled, "Entire History Of Mesozoic Era," gathering over 3 million views and 45,000 likes in a year (seen below, left). On March 27th, 2023, YouTuber[6] abobrinha posted a video titled "doors," gathering over 140,000 views and 1,000 likes (seen below, right).
