Lasagna boy is a retro gameboy style video game that started out as a small game where you have to run from mutated monsters after the player attempts to deliver lasagna. the game was likely inspired from gorefield, a much more disturbing and grotesque version of garfield, with the first monster you encounter looking quite similar to something from a piece of gorefield art, as well as the player being a lasagna delivery boy named Jon, lasagna being garfields favorite food, and Jon being the name of his owner. and in gorefield art garfield often torments, tortures, and even kills jon when jon doesnt give it to him. in 2020 a spiritual successor was discussed from trashy rascal studios, and soon released. the game went from a gorefield inspired game to its own completely original story.
