About

The "answer to every question in the universe" is a small meme in its own right that has a video title asking the question with Mr. Bean saying Magic proceeded with a couple of snorts.

Origin

The answer to every question in the universe came from the 1997 comedy film, Bean, specifically, at the part where Bean throws a jelly bean high in the air and proceeds to catch it with his mouth. This is followed by a question from the curator's son about how he does it. He just says "Magic", quickly followed with a couple of snorts.

Spread

In 2010, user Waxonator uploaded a video titled "Answer to Every Question in the Universe" sadly however, the video doesn't exist anymore as he closed down his account. However, he later made a new channel named Waxination and reuploaded it on Feb. 13. Though a reupload was erm.. uploaded a month earlier.

Currently, a number of spin-offs focusing on different characters (or making bean look different) and videos have recently surfaced in attempting to prove how this answer can prove to be the "answer to every question in the universe."

Explanation

The purpose of which this meme was created directs its attention to the idea that practically everything has a universal answer. Hence, the idea that everything can be answered with just one phrase or word does exist based on this meme. That existence comes from the word, "Magic".
