(Are you house) This is Father is the first meme started by the IGN message boards (the vesti) It was quickly combined with "It's not lupus" and "Who was phone" (answer: father was phone/but my dad is ded) and faded into obscurity.
It is currently only chronicled at the Vesti Wiki

When a user named Pancake.Assassin posted about his father not understanding how to text, this took off immediately.

My father was texting me from my brothers cellphone, it went as followed…"are you house,"
I thought it was my brother so I didn't bother replying.
"we have work 2 mo rr o"
again… didn't reply
"this is father"
at this point I was very confused, so I just called him and straightened it out. laugh
