About
To Me, Crazy Frog Is Just a Normal Frog is a catchphrase used in a series of memes featuring the DC Comics villain Joker that humorously references his twisted perception of reality by imagining him seeing "crazy" things as normal, such as seeing Crazy Frog as a normal frog. Spawned by a viral tweet, the format gained prominence after an image macro of Joker went viral in July 2021 and the original quote became a phrasal template.
