Travis I'm Pregnant Sign, also known as the Travis Sign Meme, is an exploitable sign-holding image of Kourtney Kardashian at a Blink-182 concert holding up a poster that reads, "Travis I'm pregnant!" Kourtney uploaded a video and photo of herself holding the sign to Instagram in June 2023 to announce her pregnancy with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. The image went viral that month as the source of photoshops replacing the text on the white poster. The sign is a reference to the music video for Blink-182's song "All the Small Things" in which a woman can be seen holding up the same sign.
Origin
On June 17th, 2023, Kourtney Kardashian posted a video to Instagram[1] showing her jumping up and down in the crowd of a Blink-182 concert with a sign reading, "Travis I'm Pregnant!" garnering over 6.5 million likes in nine days (version of the video shown below, left). The sign is a reference to Blink-182's music video for "All the Small Things" in which a woman can be seen with the same sign at the 2:28 mark (shown below, right).
On June 18th, Kourtney then posted a series of photographs to Instagram[2] relating to her pregnancy, including a photo of her holding the same poster, garnering over 6.8 million likes in eight days (shown below).

Images of Kourtney holding the sign became the subject of memes over the following days as people changed the text on the poster. The meme became largely popularized among brand social media accounts to advertise their products and services.
For example, on June 20th, 2023, Instagram[3] user texasdemocrats (the official page of the Texas Democratic Party) posted a version of the meme, garnering over 4,500 likes in six days (shown below, left). On June 21st, the Subway Surfers Instagram[4] page posted a version that gained over 25,900 likes in five days (shown below, right).
On June 24th, Duolingo posted a version of the meme in which the sign reminds viewers to do their language lesson to Instagram,[5] garnering over 27,900 likes in two days (shown below).
