"Unbreaded" or"Touchdown. On Paper. Unbreaded." started as a catchphrase used by Rekieta and some viewers in reference to a video by former UCLA professor Matthew Harris specifically the philosophy laid out in his manifesto Death Sentences and to a lesser extent his resume. Generally being breaded is associated with being shackled by worldly concerns and expectations while being unbreaded is to be truly free and express that freedom without regard for societal pressures.

Unbreaded seems to have become more of a slang term like based and woke, with breaded and unbreaded meaning essentially the same thing in conversation.
