Watashi No Nagai Ponytail or A.N.T. Farm Hatsune Miku refers to a scene from the television series A.N.T. Farm in which Chyna Parks dresses as a parody of Hatsune Miku and sings a song in Japanese that includes the lyrics, "watashi no nagai ponytail," which roughly translates to, "my long ponytail." The scene comes from season three episode episode nine and aired in September 2013. In January 2025, the scene and the catchphrase became the subject of memes on sites including TikTok and X / Twitter.
Origin
On September 20th, 2013, the ninth episode of the third season of A.N.T. Farm aired on Disney Channel.[1] In the episode, Chyna challenges Hashimoto to a duet battle in order to get back her Z-Phone prototype. During the battle, Chyna dresses as a parody of Hatsune Miku and sings, "Watashi no nagai ponytail." The scene was uploaded to the DisneyChannelUK YouTube[2] channel on January 20th, 2014, garnering over 14 million views in 11 years.
On January 6th, 2025, TikToker[3] @kittykyliee posted a clip of Chyna singing the line with the caption "me after remembering every little thing in my favorite anime" overtop, garnering over 1.9 million views in 10 days.

Spread
The meme continued to spread on TikTok over the following days, with other TikTokers referencing its virality in their own videos, many of which use an anime-eye filter to replicate Chyna's look in the scene. On January 13th, 2025, X[4] user @zadtwt posted the scene in reference to the release of the Hatsune Miku Fortnite skin, writing, "me in fortnite tomorrow," garnering over 22,000 likes in three days.
On January 14th, TikToker[5] @flopasaurus posted a video recreating the scene with a Hatsune Miku 3D model, garnering over 350,000 views in two days. On January 15th, X[6] user @Bloody_fl0wer posted a piece of artwork depicting a character from Murder Drones as Miku, writing, "Watashi no nagai ponytail," garnering over 3,300 likes in a day.

On the same day, TikToker[7] @stormylilacs posted a video using an anime eye filter and dressing like Miku to the sound of the scene, captioned, "that one disney channel miku on everyones fyp rn," garnering over 1.4 million views in a day.
