About
Weeping In The Attic refers to a series of unsettling void memes where one character says there is weeping coming from the attic followed by a cut to an image of an open attic door and weeping sound effects, often edited to sound as scary as possible. The meme began as a void comic posted to Facebook in April 2021, which became an exploitable and inspired numerous original variations over the course of the year.
