In May of 2019 the screenshot image was originally posted by twitter user @leelambia, the screenshot is a skribbl.io game where the user Lee mistakes the German flag for an LGBT pride flag.

The tweet quickly gained attention, the original upload having over 16,000 likes since May 2019. The oldest accessible repost of the image was posted by a Redditor [2] on September, 5th , 2019. Other reposts onto sites like tumblr [3] have over 100,000 notes. A more recent twitter repost has over 133,000 likes.
