The meme videos were shared on TikTok in early 2024, paired with rapper Lil Jon's verse on the song "Turn Down for What." On March 4th, 2024, TikToker[1] @kuremiku posted a video that slowly faded in a meme reading, "When the video's so relatable you gotta do the ultimate combo." The meme portrayed the act of saving to photos, adding to story, commenting, liking, adding to favorites, reposting and sending to another user, labeling it, "the ultimate combo." The video was set to the song "Turn Down for What" by DJ Snake and Lil Jon. Over two days, it received roughly 2 million plays and 485,200 likes (shown below).

Going into March 2024, creators made more elaborate versions of the meme, such as TikToker[2] @cuteniina on March 5th, 2024, whose version included airdropping and showing to people in real life. The video received roughly 643,100 plays and 147,800 likes in a day (shown below, left).

Also on March 5th, 2024, TikToker[3] @ingo.csm posted a video that talked about the "10x combo," gaining over 1.4 million plays and 354,900 likes in a day (shown below, right).
