Plapjak, also known as Wojak Giving Fat Girl Backshots or Wojak Giving Doomer Girl Backshots, refers to a Wojak Comic in which a male Wojak is having doggy-style sex with an overweight female Wojak (with the Doomer Girl face) from behind in a dark purple room with a wall tapestry in the background. Both Wojaks notably look depressed and sad. The image spread on Twitter / X in May 2024, earning variations like a POV shot from the male character's perspective, showing him looking at himself in the mirror amid the act.

Origin

Currently, the first known upload of the image was shared by X^[1] user @AddyChewer on April 21st, 2024, who said, "Me and who?" gaining over 330 likes in a month (shown below).

Spread

On May 3rd, 2024, X^[2] user @Absolunar posted the image, writing, "the dream for Coachella guys," receiving over 1,100 likes in 10 days (shown below, left). A few hours later on May 3rd, X^[3] user @notfootslurper tweeted a Discord message screenshot in which someone said, "I sent this to a friend of mine and he blocked me," gaining over 35,000 likes in 10 days (shown below, right).

On May 5th, a 4chan user shared a new angle of the comic to /int/^[4] showing the male Wojak looking in the mirror (censored version shown below). The post is currently the first-known upload of the image.

Going into May 2024, the images continued to spread on X. For instance, on May 7th, 2024, X^[5] user @VanessaChaseOG tweeted the image, writing, "I'm told that most men have experienced this at least once," receiving over 9,500 likes in six days (shown below, left).

The tweet gained viral quotes, like one shared by X^[6] user @singlemomsn1per on May 8th, who wrote, "Sometimes you gotta get the scent back on you," gaining over 2,800 likes in five days (shown below, right).

Viral posts using the image also spread on iFunny ^[7] and Reddit^[8] in May 2024.
